At peak demand, the Estill Innovation Community may use up to 144,000 liters of groundwater per day; this value assumes an 8-hour day, which may not be reflective of the actual operating hours.

Concerns with water levels already exist in the area, with some residents having to dig multiple wells due to low water levels.

With Nestle/Blue Triton already taking 3.6 million litres of water per day, do we really need another heavy drainer of our natural springs? This is unsustainable.
