The expansion of Guelph's Hanlon Creek and Southgate Business Parks has caused noise and light pollution that has impacted residents on Sideroad 20N and Forestell and wildlife in the surrounding area. Residents have contacted the City of Guelph to voice their concerns.
The Estill Innovation Community will be significantly closer to residents and the impact will likely be magnified.
No more tranquil nights or dark skies for star gazing.
